• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and social channels
• Manage content calendars, SEO strategy, and organic growth initiatives
• Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns, webinars, and community engagement programs
• Oversee brand identity, messaging consistency, and marketing collateral
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for engagement and lead generation
• Collaborate with the education and consulting teams to develop marketing materials for services

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in technology, fintech, or blockchain

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Design, develop, and deliver blockchain education courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels
• Create comprehensive course materials including slides, tutorials, hands-on labs, and assessments

• Hands-on experience with major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, etc.)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
• Experience with learning management systems and online course development is preferred

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality educational and promotional video content for our YouTube channel, social media platforms, and online courses.

• Edit long-form educational videos, short-form social clips, and promotional content for multiple platforms
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects aligned with CPH brand guidelines
• Optimize video content for YouTube (thumbnails, chapters, end screens) and social media formats (Reels, Shorts)
• Manage post-production workflow including color correction, audio mixing, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team on video concepts, storyboards, and release schedules

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience editing educational, tech, or finance-related content is a strong asset
• Understanding of YouTube best practices, audience retention strategies, and social media video formats
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

We are looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Researcher to lead in-depth research initiatives, produce analytical reports, and provide expert-level insights that inform our consulting services and educational content.

• Lead research on blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, and emerging technologies
• Conduct on-chain data analysis using tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, Santiment, and blockchain explorers
• Publish research reports, whitepapers, and analytical briefs for both internal use and client deliverables
• Evaluate DeFi protocols, tokenomics models, and governance structures for consulting engagements
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting the blockchain industry
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of research methodologies and frameworks

• 4+ years of experience in blockchain research, crypto analysis, or a related technical research role
• Strong proficiency in on-chain analytics platforms and data visualization tools
• Deep knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, smart contract platforms, and blockchain infrastructure
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and technical writing skills
• Published research, articles, or reports in the blockchain space is highly preferred
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is an asset
